Imagine Waiting 74 Minutes for Police After 911 Robber Call

Now you know why the framers of the Constitution created the Second Amendment [one of the major reasons] - try as they might, law enforcement cannot get to a crime scene in time to save lives.
However - In the recording of the 911 call, when the dispatcher asked again what happened, I could make out that he said there was a shooting. Why the 911 dispatcher did not tell the responding police officers is beyond my comprehension.
