Who Will Be the New US Attorney General?

After five and a half years of a record of scandals as the US Attorney General, Eric Holder resigned. He was dubbed the 'Obama Enforcer', who committed perjury and led the Fast-N-Furious program that caused the death of a Border Patrol agent and untold number of Mexicans. No prosecution involving Benghazi, National Security Agency wiretaps, press infringements, and the Internal Revenue Service scandals. Still nothing about the Marine reservist, Sgt Andrew Tahmooressi's wrongful imprisonment in Mexico (or from Secretary of State John Kerry, for that matter). Since race baiting is a part of his career legacy, maybe it is because Andrew is white. Recently it has been reported that Tahmooressi is “highly despondent” because of the drastic deterioration of his mental health.
He did brag about his part in the Ferguson race riots and sending a special investigating team concerning the shooting of Michael Brown.
The US Justice Department is an important aspect of the executive branch of our government, it is also powerful, and Obama has shown this in several ways – even declaring executive privilege when Holder committed perjury during a congressional investigation. Eric Holder is the first attorney general in history to be held in contempt by the House of Representatives, and it seems he could care less. He refused to turn over documents related to the operation Fast-N-Furious.
Holder launched more investigations and prosecutions of leaks that any prior attorney general, all the while ignoring high-level leaks made by White House officials.
Holder turned prosecution of federal anti-discriminatory laws into racism and made it easier for people to commit voter fraud. Dismissed the Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.
He tried to restrict pro-life protesters' First Amendment rights and prosecuted American companies (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) for what government officials practice routinely. He on several occasions, ignored his duty to defend and enforce the law, statutes passed by Congress – to include immigration laws that has further threatened the United States in terms of national security and spread of the Mexican cartel into the United States. He fought against states making their own laws to protect themselves from the Mexican invasion. All during that time joined the anti-gun, gun control and gun ban of his political cronies.
Holder hired political allies, cronies, and Democratic Party donors to hold positions within the Justice Department.
Like the executive branch and BH Obama, how long will it take to repair the damage done by Eric Holder? Another important question – Who will replace him?
The racist Rev. Al Sharpton wrote an article at Huffington Post about that, entitled: Replacing Eric Holder Without Displacing Voting Rights and Civil Rights. It is incredible reading. According to Sharpton, Holder walked on water as an Attorney General. He states:
The list goes on; his track record speaks for itself.
Yes, Mr. Sharpton – his record DOES speak for itself – but not the way you paint it; he is looking at the wrong list.It is called 'reverse racism' – Mr. Sharpton.
As Hans A. von Spakovsky (former Justice Department official) wrote about Eric Holder:
He treated Congress with contempt and did everything he could to evade its oversight responsibilities by misleading, misinforming and ignoring members of Congress and its committees. … In the end, it is the president who decides on the character, attributes and competence of the individual chosen to be the head of the largest law enforcement organization in the United States. And it is the president who decides whether his administration – and his attorney general – will fulfill their obligation to “faithfully execute” their duty to enforce the law and “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
I do not foresee that Eric Holder's appointed replacement will be any better.
Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves, therefore, are it's only safe depositories. --Thomas Jefferson
