This garlic asparagus dish is a side
dish of Northern Italy. It makes 4 servings and compliments several
dinners, not just Italian meals.
1/4-cup butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound fresh asparagus spears,
trimmed
Fry in pan with
ingredients until heated on medium heat.
