Maggie's Notebook reveals a testimony by a Border Patrol officer that served 27 years. In a report in July of 2014, Mexican president met with Guatemalan president to reach an agreement to make it easier for the illegal immigrants to make there journey to the US from Central America. They rode atop trains cross country to reach the US border. Our president has cooperated with foreign countries against immigration laws that he is supposed to and swore to uphold and enforce. I have said it for sometime now, this is not a case of illegals crossing borders to 'find a better life' like the progressives whine about. It is about invasion and that invasion is encouraged by Mexico because they are teaching their children that parts of the US rightfully belong to them. Actually it was Spain that established settlements and ruled over Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, and South America during its golden age of colonization and conquest.

Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) introduced S. 263 and Representative Bob Gibbs (R-Ohio) introduced H.R. 578 to protect the rights of gun owners on lands owned or managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers.

In May of 2009, legislation passed that reduced restrictions concerning possession of firearms for self-defense in National Parks and Wildlife Refuge lands. The legislation instituted the rules that federal lands must incorporate the laws of the state where the lands are located. Unfortunately, it did not include millions of acres of recreational land managed by the Corps, which owns or manages 11.7 million acres that include 400 lakes and rivers, 90,000 campsites, and 4,000 miles of trails. The Corps policy forbade visitors to the Corps managed lands to lawfully possess a firearm while on Corps land.

Children who came here illegally in the tens of thousands, that Obama allowed to remain and kept the operation shrouded in secrecy, not even allowing congressional members to investigate are now being clothed, fed, and educated with our tax funding. Some are dropped off in the city streets, according to some reports. Some require special care because of health issues. One of the major reasons for immigration laws and control is prevention of immigrating communicable diseases. Because this administration, and federal administrations previously, major epidemics can be a threat to people of the United States.

Thousands of illegal immigrant kids in detention facilities, ushered in a major spread of diseases, like those that have become rare, like tuberculosis in Texas. Federal authorities have denied and tried to hide these things under the command of President Obama. Lice seems to be a major problem in those facilities as well as other health problems unheard of in the United States.

Investigation has been prevented and the detention centers are guarded by men with M16 rifles.

Call Your Congress Member: Say NO to Funding Illegal Immigrant Programs

We the People of the United States of America are in the middle of a crisis that has culminated into sense of urgency and certainly a national security issue. Our southern border was supposed to be secured five years ago. Our lawmakers, the US Congress MUST reject President Obama's spending request for amnesty and his secretive program (not even congressional members allowed to investigate illegal immigrant holding area) as well as return ALL illegal immigrants back from whence they came. Congress also requires to reverse the Obama executive order for unilateral amnesty before the August recess.

For decades our presidents has not enforced immigration laws or actively sought to secure our southern border once and for all. President Bush signed the bill to authorize the security required, but the border security fence authorized has NOT been built. Why?
