CHICKEN AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE
1-1/4 cup raw wild or brown rice
½ cup melted butter
2-1/2 to 3 cups cooked chicken, cut
½ pound mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 pound shelled shrimp
1 green onion with stalk, chopped
- Mix rice with butter in Crock Pot, stir to coat thoroughly.
- Add all ingredients, except green onion.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours; or high heat for 4 to 5 hours.
- Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
