The time to enact is yesterday. Coalition forces against Islamic Jihadists must no longer tolerate an intolerant facet of Islam; and do so before there are no Islamic "moderates" left. Egypt (not the Muslim Brotherhood) and Turkey for example, are against extremism and should be encouraged to be part of that coalition - along with Yemen, Oman, et cetera.
How many times does the enemy of the free world have to attack and declare war before it is realized there is a war. It is not a Crusade because the Vatican no longer has that power. It is the leadership of individual sovereign nations in a coalition that must act.
During the Crusades, atrocities occurred on both sides of the religious war; but despite what President Barack Hussein Obama says, it began because of the threat of the Islamic caliphate and its armies that reached the door step of Europe and took over the holy city of Jerusalem and threatened the kingdom of Eastern Christianity that caused the papal declaration of a Crusade. They were and are today on an agenda of conquest. That is the only similarity of the situation that exists today. Global theocracy is their goal so they can subjugate unheeded and enact their 7th century mentality without opposition.
Obama thinks nothing of bypassing the articles and amendments of the US Constitution, and, as a lawyer, constantly looking for loopholes in order to get what he wants. What he wants is not good for our nation.
Character is important when it comes to choosing citizens among us to operate our government. Once that basic principle is embedded into the American psyche their voting habits will change for the better - and it will also encourage better political candidates.
Martin Luther King stated that what was important in judging someone was the character of the person, not the physical characteristics, such as skin pigmentation. Unfortunately, race baiting Democrats have ignored the wisdom of MLK and instead incorporate the ideologies of people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton into their political club as racial icons and mouthpieces instead of what MLK strived for to make the United States more unified and tolerant. MLK Day comes and goes, but still his wisdom is largely ignored by a people who have come to relish being categorized as victims in order to obtain that which others work for.
It also has become a habit that when criticized, the immediate reply is to call the person criticizing a racist - which then allows the offending person to continue unlawful and unethical practices.
This is why, when any other president would have undergone impeachment proceedings for acts (or inaction) like the Benghazi tragic occurrence, for example, out of the myriad of corruption and inept policies and actions this administration has demonstrated for two terms. And the Democrats had the underlying thoughts of this when they pushed for the "First 'Black' American" as President of the United States. That in itself is a sad state of affairs. To have someone like Obama as the first of anything when there are so many better candidates to choose from among us who are African American ("Black") citizens.
I, like, Judge Pirro, hope that the next president is not inept, corrupted, or weak in order to deal with the clear and present danger that Islamic Jihad presents, both home and abroad; and finally do something about that, secure our borders and stop the illegal alien invasion of our nation. I also, like Judge Pirro, hope it will not be too late to wait until 2016.
Obama and Susan Rice emphasize more about climate change/global warming than real security threats like an unsecure border and Islamic Jihadists.
Just in: Muslims demand non-Muslim burial be moved in UK.
Daily Star - Familiar political problem: Robert Spencer wrote:
If Britain were still a sane society, every politician, Labour and otherwise, who knew about these Muslim rape gangs and kept quiet for fear of losing Muslim votes should be barred from ever holding or seeking political office again, and a serious investigation would be undertaken to determine whether or not charges of treason were warranted.US Politicians have in the recent decade ignored the illegal alien invasion because they are looking for a larger voting base.
PJ Media ... The Iowa Presidential Caucus has concluded, and that includes Republicans that "Islam is Peaceful". Robert Spencer, of course, has something to say about that.
War and Peace in the Law of Islam, (1955), Majid Khadduri, p. 51 ...
The state which is regarded as the instrument for universalizing a certain religion must perforce be an ever expanding state. The Islamic state, whose principal function was to put God’s law into practice, sought to establish Islam as the dominant reigning ideology over the entire world….The jihad was therefore employed as an instrument for both the universalization of religion and the establishment of an imperial world state.Read Islam 101.
